  2. The Pre-1996 Pensioners of all cadres are suffering with Lesser Pension and Family Pension by implementing the orders of MOF O.M. in No. dated 28.1.2013 uniformaly in all the departments. This item was raised as Item No.1 as seen from the Minutes copy enclosed. It was mistook by the administration as of MACP issue and closed it with a reply not connected to the item raised. The GOI in its Notification dated 25.7.2016 upheld and clarified at Sl.No.6 of doubts favorably for application reiterating that there is no question of down gradation of post at any stage and further asserted that pay for the post held should be given. This may kindly be reviewed to remove DROP in monthly pension. ( A copy of minutes issued is enclosed )
